Axis offers one-on-one training for athletes and adults who want programs designed and individualized specifically for their sport, needs, or lifestyle. Before designing a program, one of our coaches will meet with you to discuss goals, training history, and previous or existing injuries. During the first session we will evaluate for any imbalances, tightness, or weaknesses and build a program around addressing and correcting these issues.

Single Session – $90/hour
8 Sessions – $680 ($85 each)
16 Sessions – $1280 ($80 each)
