Adult Program

You don’t stop training because you get older. You get older because you stop training.
Former athlete looking to get back in shape? Not getting the results you want at your local gym? Axis offers small group strength and conditioning classes for adults of all ages. Workouts are scaled for all fitness levels and our small group atmosphere improves motivation while still giving you the individual attention you need.

Adult Strength & Conditioning

Each adult workout is led by an Axis coach and starts with a dynamic warm up. The first half of the workout focuses on strength training and incorporates various barbell, dumbbell, and bodyweight exercises. Every client receives an individualized workout sheet to record weights and track progress.

The second half of the workout consists of conditioning. Conditioning varies each day and may include running, sled pushing, battle ropes, burpees, medicine ball exercises, etc.

Classes vary in size, but typically average between 6-8 individuals per class.
