Scientifically proven methods are utilized to develop training programs throughout the year, drawing from weightlifting, powerlifting, strongman, and other disciplines to construct a program that most benefits each sport and\u00a0athlete individually.\n<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"bde-column-54-395 bde-column\">\n  \n  \n\t\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"bde-heading-54-358 bde-heading\">\nEnergy Systems\n<\/h1><div class=\"bde-text-54-359 bde-text\">\nDuration of play, work to rest ratios, and movement intensity are assessed to create a comprehensive conditioning plan most suitable to the demands of each sport. Various means, ranging from agility drills, high intensity interval training, and anaerobic circuits,\u00a0are incorporated to best prepare athletes for competition.\n<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"bde-column-54-362 bde-column\">\n  \n  \n\t\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"bde-heading-54-363 bde-heading\">\nInjury Prevention \/ Rehab\n<\/h1><div class=\"bde-text-54-365 bde-text\">\nThrough analysis of the sport and assessment of the athlete, specific \u201cprehab\u201d exercises are installed into the training program. These exercises focus on strengthening areas of the body that are commonly injured in a specific sport.
