Team Training

Axis offers team training for groups of up to 20 athletes. Before designing a program, a member of our performance team will sit down with your coaching staff to discuss training goals and formulate a plan.
Team programs vary from 1-3 days per week and focuses on speed and agility, strength & power, injury prevention, and sport specific conditioning.
